مديريت موفق زنجيره تامين نيازمند فراتر رفتن از مرزهاي شرکت و يکپارچگي فرآيندهاي کسبوکار در امتداد زنجيره تامين است؛ از آنجا که مديريت زنجيره تامين تمامي فعاليتها را از تامين مواد اوليه تا رسيدن کالا به دست مشتري دربرميگيرد، نياز شديدي به ارزيابي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر يکپارچهسازي و کارايي آن احساس ميشود. از اینرو هدف اين پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر يکپارچگي و کارايي مديريت زنجيره تامين و نشان دادن چگونگي روابط علّي و معلولي بين این عوامل با استفاده از تكنيك نقشه شناختي فازی میباشد. نتیجه مطالعه پیماشی در میان تمام کارکنان کارخانههاي ماشينآلات کشاورزي و تامينکنندگان مواد اوليه اين کارخانهها و همچنين اساتيد فعال در زمينه مديريت زنجيره تامين نشان داد که سازگاري استراتژيک و سازگاری فنی بهترتیب دارای بيشترين تاثير بر کارايی و يکپارچهسازی مدیریت زنجیره تامین هستند. همچنین حمایت مدیر ارشد بهعنوان عامل موثر بر هر دو شناسایی شد.
