  •   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : در سال‌های اخیر، سازمان‌ها به سمت افزایش رقابت‌پذیری حرکت کرده‌اند. این تغییرات به ویژه در نگاه مدیران و تصمیم‌گیرندگان نسبت به زنجیره تأمین مشهود است. مدیران سازمان‌ها به اهمیت بالای هماهنگی، یکپارچگی و پویایی در زنجیره تامین پی برده و تلاش می‌کنند تا با بهبود عوامل موثر بر یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین عملکرد کلی سازمان خود را ارتقا دهند. در همین راستا به زنجیره تامین به عنوان عاملی برای موفقیت در پایداری و بهبود عملکرد نگاه عمیق تری می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی، اولویت بندی و ارزیابی عواملی است که باعث تقویت و بهبود یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین می‌شوند. پژوهش حاضر در هدف کاربردی و نحوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی-پیمایشی است. پس از جمع‌آوری نظرات خبرگان برای اولویت بندی و ارزیابی شاخص‌ها از روش سوارا و دیمتل استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عوامل یکپارچگی اطلاعات و فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان مهم ترین توانمندسازهای یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین دارای اولویت و تعامل بیشتری با سایر توانمندسازها هستند. در نتیجه پیشنهاداتی در جهت بهبود یکپارچگی اطلاعات و فناوری اطلاعات ارائه شده است.

  •   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : In recent years, organizations have moved toward increasing competitiveness. These changes are particularly evident in the perspective of managers and decision-makers toward the supply chain. Organizational managers have recognized the high importance of coordination, integration, and dynamism in the supply chain and strive to improve the factors affecting supply chain integration to enhance their organization's overall performance. Accordingly, the supply chain is viewed more deeply as a factor for success in sustainability and performance improvement. The purpose of this research is to identify, prioritize, and evaluate the factors that strengthen and improve supply chain integration. The present study is applied in purpose and descriptive-survey in data collection. After gathering expert opinions, the SWARA and DEMATEL methods were used to prioritize and evaluate the indicators. The results show that information and information technology integration factors are the most important enablers of supply chain integration, having higher priority and interaction with other enablers. Consequently, suggestions are provided to improve information and information technology integration.
